应与整体布局设计建造单位规划设计要求一致。施工图应与设计紧密协调;大型室外高炮立柱广告牌的设计使用周期为20年，其他室外楼顶屋顶墙体等类型广告牌设计使用周期为10年。室外广告牌的设置负荷应在建筑结构荷载规范要求之内。 基本风压应为0.45kN / m2，并考虑高度系数，风振系数，体形系数等。对于地震多发区，还应考虑地震冲击和其他荷载的综合因素。室外广告牌定制用钢结构应符合钢结构设计规范的有关规定和室外广告牌钢结构的技术规定，并应考虑用于计算钢结构连接件的抗扭强度。
1. Customization of outdoor billboards should be consistent with the planning and design requirements of the overall layout design and construction units. Construction drawings should be closely coordinated with the design; the design and use period of large outdoor anti-aircraft gun column billboards is 20 years, and that of other types of billboards, such as outdoor roof, roof and wall, is 10 years. The setting load of outdoor billboards should be within the requirements of load code for building structures. The basic wind pressure should be 0.45kN/m2, and the height coefficient, wind vibration coefficient and shape coefficient should be taken into account. For earthquake-prone areas, the comprehensive factors of seismic impact and other loads should also be considered. The steel structure for outdoor billboard customization should conform to the relevant regulations of the steel structure design code and the technical regulations of outdoor billboard steel structure, and should be considered for calculating the torsional strength of steel structural connectors.
2. The infrastructure design of outdoor landing billboards shall meet the following standards:
(1) Outdoor landing billboards should be based on soil conditions and the foundation of the construction site. The strength of foundation should be calculated reasonably and the stability of foundation against sliding should be calculated when necessary. The ground area shall not exceed 1/4 of the ground area.
(2) Based on rigid foundation, the usual eccentric load should meet the requirements of outdoor landing billboard design which meets the requirements of building foundation design specifications.
(3) When the foundation is below the groundwater level, the influence of groundwater on the buoyancy of foundation and casing should be taken into account, groundwater should be protected from the influence of foundation, and corresponding anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out.
(5) When the soft soil layer of the base is thicker, the upper load is larger and concentrated, and the shallow foundation can not meet the bearing capacity and deformation requirements of the steel structure foundation of outdoor landing billboards, so the sinking or pile foundation can be used. Prefabricated reinforced concrete piles, concrete cast-in-place piles or steel tube piles are used for pile foundation. This kind of pile foundation should be synthetically analyzed and determined according to the geological conditions, structure type, load size, construction conditions and environment of the construction site. The calculation of pile foundation is carried out according to the design standard of building foundation.
3. The design of bracket base for outdoor roof billboards shall meet the following standards:
(1) Outdoor roof billboards are not directly connected with expansion bolts. Xinjiayi billboards need good chemical anchors, planting rods and self-supporting anchors. Accurate technical parameters and quality assurance system must be established.
(2) The layout of the pedestal of the advertising board bracket for the newly added art building roof outdoors should be in accordance with the layout of the roof column network, and the structure of the advertising board should be properly coordinated. Direct withstandable pressure, tension and shear force;
(3) Outdoor roof billboard support base can be used to weld bolts, anchor bolts, roof beams and embedded parts in the column, and can effectively and reliably distribute the load of advertising support base to the bearing capacity of the lower structure;
(5) Concrete bolts or foot bolts should be embedded in a depth of 30 to 40 cm; foot bolts should be installed adequately. The technical requirements of new additive products are foot. When the embedding depth is not enough, the welding method of beam and column steel should be adopted, and the sufficient thickness of concrete protective layer should be ensured.
4. The design of lightning protection and grounding protection for outdoor billboards shall meet the following standards:
(1) Outdoor billboards should take corresponding lightning protection measures according to the environment, including lightning protection and electric shock.
(2) The lightning protection facilities of outdoor Xinjiayi billboard, including access equipment, shunt, grounding equipment, overvoltage protection equipment and other connecting conductors, should be designed according to the lightning protection environment to prevent direct lightning attack function;
(3) When installed on outdoor billboards on roofs and exterior walls of buildings, lightning protection facilities can be combined with lightning protection grounding system design of buildings.
(5) When the outdoor billboards installed on the roof of multi-storey residential buildings should be steel frame, the metal plate and the lightning protection system of residential buildings should be welded together, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 4, otherwise additional lightning protection grounding system is needed.
(5) The grounding system of outdoor billboards should be equipotentially connected.
_Outdoor billboard steel structure frame, metal plate and so on can be used as lightning protection connection devices to connect lightning protection devices, but must be multi-spot welding lightning protection system on the floor and walls.
_Independent outdoor billboards shall be effectively grounded in addition to protected lightning belts and lightning protection nets, steel frames, metal plates and steel columns. Grounding wires can be shared or laid separately; lightning-proof grounding and other lightning-proof grounding equipment of buildings, including various types of metal pipelines, should be connected to the same lightning-proof grounding facilities;
_Outdoor billboards should be low-voltage power supply. Usually, three-phase five-wire power supply should be used. The safety of grounding and electricity consumption must be ensured in accordance with the electrical design specifications of civil buildings.
